    1. General Information

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of BlueVentShop, the online webshop operated by Aireworks Solutions, LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    Aireworks Solutions, LLC is a registered business in the State of Illinois, USA.

    This webshop operates exclusively in the United States. Other regional versions have their own terms and conditions.

    2. Warranties and Liability

    All products sold by BlueVentShop comply with applicable US laws and regulations. Products are sold "as-is," without implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    If a product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at purchase, customers may request compensation, replacement, or refunds as applicable by law. Aireworks Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or business interruptions.

    3. Business Registration and Compliance

    BlueVentShop operates legally under the laws of Illinois, USA.

    4. Ordering and Payment

    Orders can only be placed by registered users. Prices are visible only to logged-in users. All prices are listed in USD and are EXW (Ex Works) Machesney Park, IL, as defined by Incoterms 2020.

    Payments are accepted via invoicing or credit card:

    • When an order is placed, an invoice is issued or a credit card payment is initiated.
    • Orders are not packed until payment (invoice or credit card) is fully processed.
    • Once payment is received, packing begins.
    • A second invoice is issued for shipping.
    • Shipment occurs only after the second invoice is paid.
    • Orders can be canceled only before the initial payment is processed. After initial payment, all sales are final.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping is arranged separately due to fluctuating logistics costs. BlueVentShop selects the shipping provider at its discretion. Customers may arrange collection from our warehouse.

    Once a shipment leaves our facility, BlueVentShop is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider. Claims for such issues must be made directly with the shipping company.

    6. Returns and Exchanges

    Returns are accepted for undamaged goods, but the buyer is responsible for the cost and logistics of return shipping.
    Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Contact support to arrange a return.

    Products damaged during shipping are subject to claim via the shipping provider.

    7. User Accounts

    Customers must create an account to view prices and place orders. Users must maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. BlueVentShop reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

    8. Privacy and Cookies

    BlueVentShop collects and uses user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable US privacy laws, including CCPA. By using this site, you agree to our use of cookies as outlined in our Cookie Policy.

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be settled through arbitration in Illinois in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

    BlueVentShop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated to customers before taking effect.

    11. Intellectual Property

    All content on BlueVentShop, including text, logos, images, and website code, is owned by Aireworks Solutions, LLC, and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    BlueVentShop is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or consequential damages resulting from use of the webshop.

    13. Force Majeure

    BlueVentShop is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or technical issues.

    14. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

    15. Third-Party Links or Services

    Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. BlueVentShop is not responsible for their content or data practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

    16. Customer Responsibilities

    Users must provide accurate, truthful information and comply with applicable laws. Fraudulent or misleading behavior may lead to legal consequences.
